During the last open event Darren and Ryan won the Bosun Challenge in Portsmouth, where they won all seven races sailed – a fantastic achievement. The 4.27 metre Bosun sailing dinghy they used was originally designed for use by the Ministry of Defence and is sailed world-wide by H.M. Forces for training and recreational purposes.
Darren said, ‘I’m really pleased to win events and races around the country and myself and Ryan love being a part of the sailing world.’
