CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
ARBURY MOTOR GROUP DEALERSHIPS ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSING
All businesses in the UK – and, indeed, worldwide – have been closely monitoring the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19).
Due to the pandemic and the updated message from the Government on 23rd March 2020, the Arbury Motor Group Board of Directors regretfully announces that we will be temporarily closing all 12 dealerships immediately.
While we made many changes to the working environment in order to react to the ever-changing guidelines for our employees, colleagues, customers and suppliers, unfortunately this was an inevitable decision and, as such, we can no longer trade and be in compliance with government guidelines.
Currently, we do not know how long we will be closed. As this is a rapidly changing situation, we will continue to follow the advice of the government, NHS, WHO and Public Health England and, where necessary, we will keep you informed throughout.
Please note our telephone lines will be switched to night mode, so there will be no function to be able to leave a message or return missed calls.
Please do not travel to our dealerships for sales or service appointments so as to avoid disappointment, as we have advised that our employees should not attend the workplace.
We may be closing our dealerships, but Arbury.co.uk will still be online. We have over 500 used cars in stock and will be available to answer any of your questions via email or live chat, or you can find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, where we will also be sharing our updates. These are unprecedented events, so please bear with us when awaiting a reply.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our employees and customers for your support, hard work, dedication and understanding during this difficult time.
Take care of yourselves, your families and those that are most vulnerable.
Arbury Motor Group look forward to welcoming you back into our dealerships when the time is right. Meanwhile, stay safe.
