New era, same roots, same DNA
The scorpion has been electrified – quite literally. The signature Abarth Scorpion logo on the body of the new Abarth 500e has been modernised and electrified with a lightning bolt.
This move towards electric might initially strike drivers as unusual from a brand that’s been unapologetically devoted to roaring engines and adrenaline-fueled experiences. But Abarth say electric is actually the perfect technology to improve driving pleasure and performance. Indeed, with improved weight distribution and better torque, electrified powertrains are able to offer more sprint, greater balance and exceptional road holding.

The fastest all-electric sports car
With reasoning like that, it will be little surprise that the New Abarth Electric 500e Scorpionissima is the fastest all-electric sports car available – surging to 62mph in just seven seconds!
This power comes courtesy of the 42kWh battery coupled with a powerful e-motor, resulting in 113.7kW/155hp. The different charging modes mean you can charge in whatever way works for you – at home or on the move. Use a fast charger (85kW) to top up to 80% in just 35 minutes.
The New Abarth Electric 500e also boasts three exclusive driving modes: Turismo, Scorpion Street and Scorpion Track. They give you total freedom to adapt your driving style, enhancing the car’s sports credentials and unleashing its full potential.
What’s more, going electric doesn’t mean you have to lose the iconic Abarth roar. The New Abarth Electric 500e is the first and only city car to be equipped with a sound generator. Accompanying the engine performance, the generator faithfully reproduces the sound of an Abarth petrol engine. The new model therefore gives you all the emotions that every Abarth driver seeks, with zero emissions.
Electrifying style
A small car with a lot of character, the New Abarth Electric 500e will add sporty flair to every journey. Take in the new dedicated front sporty bumper, the elusive and sporty lines of the lateral skirt, the rear diffuser inserts and the new Titanium Grey mirror caps.
Expressive and evocative, the limited-edition Scorpionissima comes in a new, exciting Acid Green or in a Poison Blue body paint and is instantly recognizable by the Abarth side graphics. It’s equipped with the exclusive 18-inch diamond-cut titanium grey alloys, a fixed glass roof and rear privacy glass.
It also comes with advanced sporty steel pedals and a kick plate with an engraved logo, which bring racetrack vibes to every drive. The new sporty seats feature an embossed scorpion in Alcantara and offer the highest comfort, thanks to the integrated headrest with a lasered Acid Green scorpion motif.
Last but not least, the New Abarth Electric 500e Scorpionissima is equipped with a new Titanium Grey dashboard ring as standard, which features a Uconnect 10.25-inch touchscreen with an integrated navigation system and compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, meaning your contacts, music, navigation and more are all at your fingertips.
