PEUGEOT unveils the New E-Traveller for zero-emission mobility

The boot volume ranges between 1,500 litres and 4,900 litres, depending on the number of passengers.

With sliding and removable seats, shelves in the second row, sun blinds and Advanced Grip Control, the E-Traveller is well-equipped for various needs, including outdoor activities. There’s even an adjustable traction control system for use on low-grip surfaces with modes for sand, mud and snow.

Zero emissions, zero compromise

The new E-Traveller is fitted with a 75kWh battery that now offers a range of up to 217 miles. It’s also powered by a new, more efficient electric motor offering maximum power of 100kW and maximum torque of 260Nm.

Three driving modes are available: Eco, to maximise range; Power, for maximum performance; and Normal, for the best compromise of both.

Time to power up? The E-Traveller is fitted with a 7.4kW onboard charger (with an 11kW three-phase charger available as an option) and can also be charged at up to 100kW on a DC rapid charger. The estimated charging times are:

•         100kW DC charger: 45 minutes (recharge from 0 to 80%)

•         11kW AC charger: Full recharge with the 11kW onboard charger in 7 hours 30 minutes

•         7.4kW AC charger: Full charge with the 7.4kW onboard charger in 11 hours 20 minutes

Calm and connected

The cabin of the E-Traveller prioritises comfort and safety. It features a heated steering wheel, spacious storage compartments and a compact e-Toggle gearshift for enhanced comfort and practicality.

What’s more, a 10-inch digital colour instrument cluster and a 10-inch HD central touchscreen provide essential information and control over the multimedia system. The E-Traveller also includes features like driver fatigue warning, traffic sign recognition, lane-keeping assist, automatic emergency braking and adaptive cruise control.

The latest-generation PEUGEOT i-Connect® system ensures comprehensive and responsive connectivity. With wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto, as well as TomTom connected navigation, the E-Traveller offers a seamless technological experience. The system updates over the air, while a wireless smartphone charger, USB-C sockets and 12V sockets further enhance connectivity within the vehicle.

Smart features for EV ownership

The MYPEUGEOT smartphone app enhances the electric vehicle (EV) ownership experience. Users can access a virtual maintenance log, send destinations to the navigation system remotely, and manage central locking and activate headlights and horns remotely. Additionally, the app allows drivers to initiate or schedule thermal pre-conditioning and remotely control charging processes.
