The New PEUGEOT E-3008 was revealed globally in September, much to the delight of a cluster of adoring international PEUGEOT fans.

The new, all-electric model features an aerodynamic fastback SUV design, offers up to 435 miles of range* and features PEUGEOT’s latest Panoramic i-Cockpit.

The New PEUGEOT E-3008 is replacing its petrol counterpart, the best-selling PEUGEOT 3008. More than 1,320,000 customers in 130 countries have been impressed with the 3008 over the past seven years.

But now, PEUGEOT are looking ahead to the electric future and working towards a complete electric line-up by 2025. The brand is also aiming for 100% of their sales in Europe to be electric by 2030.

The New PEUGEOT E-3008 is the first model to feature the next-gen PEUGEOT Panoramic i-Cockpit which takes driving pleasure to a whole new level.

Electrifying advancements

Elevate your electric driving experience with the New PEUGEOT E-3008. The STLA Medium electric powertrain combines a high-powered synchronous motor and electric gearbox, driven by a 400V lithium-ion battery for peak efficiency and torque.

AC charging options include an 11kW three-phase standard charger and an optional 22kW three-phase charger. With the E-3008’s new Mode 4 socket, DC rapid recharging at 160kW is possible, taking the standard range battery from 20% to 80% in just 30 minutes.

Innovatively, the E-3008 offers a V2L (Vehicle to Load) feature provides up to 3kW and 16A to charge external electrical devices, while Smart Charging (or V1G) optimises charging costs by adjusting the time and power at which the battery charges.

Bold design, effortless efficiency

The New PEUGEOT E-3008’s distinctive fastback SUV design makes you instantly recognisable on any journey. Its aerodynamic shape seamlessly blends the bold yet elegant exterior with complete efficiency under the hood and ample space in the comfortable cabin. Despite being one of PEUGEOT’s most compact electric SUVs, it offers a generous 520 litres of boot space, matching its predecessor.

Building on the innovative legacy of the 408, the E-3008’s revamped modern front end showcases ultra-compact LED headlamps and grille adorned with the new PEUGEOT emblem. Plus, new 19-inch or 20-inch wheels contribute to its impressive aerodynamic performance.

In the rear, a contemporary “floating” spoiler, enhances the body’s curves, complementing the iconic three-claw rear light signature and underscoring the E-3008’s unique personality.

The New E-3008 offers a range of six colours, including the dichromatic Obsession Blue, which changes from blue to green depending on the light and the shape of the bodywork. Other available colour options include Ingaro Blue, Okenite White, Nera Black, Cumulus Grey and Titane Grey.

PEUGEOT’s next-gen Panoramic i-Cockpit

The next-generation PEUGEOT Panoramic i-Cockpit offers a totally immersive experience, with a curved 21-inch HD panoramic screen merging the head-up display and central touchscreen. This touchscreen displays key driver information like driving speed and energy flow, and manages heating and air conditioning, navigation and media.

Positioned for ergonomic ease, it subtly curves towards the driver while remaining accessible to passengers, while the instrument cluster sits next to the i-Cockpit to display driving data above the steering wheel.

The dashboard houses i-Toggles – customisable touch-sensitive buttons for quick access to 10 driver-favourite functions – while ambient LED lighting is available in the cabin in eight colours to enhance aesthetics. A new compact steering wheel with touch-sensitive controls adds a modern touch, while PEUGEOT’s Air Quality System (AQS) ensures a fresh, calming environment.

The Panoramic i-Cockpit introduces paddles behind the wheel for three regenerative braking levels: Low (-0.6m/s²) mimicking conventional brakes, Medium (-1.2m/s²) for increased deceleration and High (-1.8m/s²) for maximum deceleration and regeneration.

Refined driving with the STLA Medium powertrain

The E-3008’s STLA Medium powertrain provides an intuitive driving experience, featuring specially designed front and rear axles for dynamic roadholding. The platform’s architecture with the low-positioned single-layer battery further enhances agility by lowering the vehicle’s centre of gravity.

A full suite of driver assistance safety features guarantees a seamless drive, including adaptive cruise control with Stop & Go, lane keep assist and speed limit sign detection. The E-3008 is also equipped with cutting-edge safety tech, including automatic emergency braking, collision warning, lane departure warning, driver attention alert, long-range blind spot monitoring and advanced traction control.

The E-3008 offers two trim levels – Allure and GT – and three electric powertrain options: standard range (210bhp/157kW), long range (230bhp/170kW) and dual motor (320bhp/240kW) for all-wheel drive. Self-charging hybrid and plug-in hybrid options will also be available.

The New PEUGEOT E-3008 will be manufactured exclusively at the Sochaux plant in France and will be on sale from February 2024.
