I am completely happy with the service that your team provided. I called the service department after 17:00 on Monday night, as I had discovered I had a dipped headlight bulb fail. I spoke to a very helpful young lady (I can’t recall her name I’m afraid, but she was really bright and bubbly) and explained the issue. I asked if I could bring the car in on Tuesday so that your team could sort it out for me, and was told that was no problem at all – I could have it done whilst I waited.
Normally, I would have jumped at the chance, but as I had to be in the office, I asked if I could leave the car for the day, and get the bulb sorted when time permitted (not fair to delay someone else’s service because I blew a headlight bulb, and didn’t need the car during the day.)
Tuesday morning, Rob checked the car for me (to make sure that I was happy with the work being carried out, and complete the drop off walkabout) and said that the car would be ready for 16:00. As I don’t finish until 17:00, I was happy for the team to have the extra time but true to his word, I got a call at 16:00 to say that the car was ready.
I wasn’t expecting the vehicle health check, as the car had been in for service the end of September, and the fact that it was washed and valeted was an awful lot more than I expected – especially for a “simple” job like a headlight bulb (not so simple when Rob explained that you needed multi-jointed hands to deal with it…!)
As per normal, you’re a name at Leamington – not just a registration number to be gotten rid of as soon as possible. It makes a refreshing change to get such wonderful service, and I am more than happy to recommend your dealership – both the sales and service team.
