Introducing Arbury’s brand-new online booking system

Booking your service is simpler and quicker than ever before, with Arbury’s brand-new online booking system!

From 21st March 2022, customers can live-book into dealerships’ workshop diaries, from anywhere, at any time! It really is that easy. You can access the system on your phone or computer and select a time that best suits you. Even better, all you need is your reg number and some free dates.

So, how does it work?
Access the online booking system by clicking here, or search ‘Arbury Book a Service’.

Once there, enter your reg number and choose your service type or MOT test – there’s even a free -type box for you to provide any extra information or query any other issues. And, if you’re not sure you’ve booked the right service, don’t worry! We’ll double check it’s what your vehicle needs.

After entering these details, you’ll be prompted to select an available appointment and book in for a date and time that suits you. This system allows you to plan ahead and book an appointment that complements your lifestyle.

What do I need to make a booking?
To book your appointment, you need to know your registration number, the type of appointment you want and dates you’re available to bring or send your vehicle for a service.

What appointments are available?
You have four appointment types to choose from, allowing you to select the service type that works best for you.

Your options are:

1) Drop-off and leave – Leave your vehicle in the trusted hands of one of our Arbury Service Technicians and pick it up at a time that suits you.

2) Courtesy car – With limited availability, it’s a good idea to take advantage of the new system and book your courtesy car in advance, to ensure there’s no unnecessary disruption to your day.

3) Collection and delivery – We’ll collect your vehicle from your chosen address* (work or home) and deliver it back to you after its service. Booking in advance guarantees your appointment, as there’s limited availability for collection and delivery.

4) Waiting at dealership – Book a spot in our comfortable waiting facility, where you can relax with a hot drink while we work on your vehicle.

What’s different about the new system?
The new online booking system allows you to personalise your service to suit your lifestyle. We want to make getting your vehicle serviced as painless as possible, including providing you with an easy-to-use platform to book your appointment and more direct communication with our service technicians.

I don’t want to use the online booking system. Can I still book a service or MOT test?
Of course! If you’d prefer not to use our online booking system, we are still here for you by telephone at our dealerships or our contact centre on 01543 442360.

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
