What do you do?

Sales Controller at Nissan Bromsgrove – in a nutshell deputise in Laura’s absence and focus on driving Used and New Car profits and volume as well as customer satisfaction.

Tell us about your journey with Arbury.

Started with Arbury in March 2019 as Sales Executive. Worked through COVID lockdowns and at one point was the only member of Nissan Sales team operating the department. After COVID settled down was offered the opportunity to progress to Sales Controller and have been in the role since August 2021.

What made you join Arbury?

Used to work in catering management which was hugely unsociable hours and was impacting home life. Sister worked as Service advisor in Peugeot so got me a sit down with Laura and the rest is history!

What are your future goals within Arbury?

Would eventually like to become Sales Manager, ideally within Nissan.

What do you love about working at Arbury?

The people – although everyone comes from different walks of life, everyone is so easy going and every day is a laugh!
