What do you do?

I'm the Master Technician at Arbury SEAT. My job requires me to diagnose and repair complex faults within vehicles, as well as coming up with the best solution to solve these issues. I also help and coach colleagues.

Tell us about your journey with Arbury.

I joined Arbury in February 2020, just as the dealership opened. I’ve been trained on electric and hybrid vehicles, and have received my high voltage expert certification.

What made you join Arbury?

I was looking to progress in my career within a well-established company that would allow me to challenge myself and learn new skills. Having heard about Arbury’s penchant for internal recruitment, this provided me with a brilliant opportunity.

What are your future goals within Arbury?

Having reached the highest level in my current role, my next step would be to hopefully become a Service Manager.

What do you love about working at Arbury?

The company has a family feel – everyone gets on with each other, and the workshop’s a great place for working collaboratively.
