Arbury announce £1,000 pay rise for EV-accredited technicians to #rewardthefuture

It’s Learning at Work Week this week, which feels like the perfect time to announce our brand-new initiative to award all Arbury electric-vehicle-accredited technicians with a £1,000 pay rise.

Arbury announce £1,000 pay rise for EV-accredited technicians to #rewardthefuture

We have also committed that any technician who becomes EV accredited going forward will also be eligible for this pay increase to ensure our teams know that we reward their commitment to ongoing professional development.

We want to take this opportunity to ‘reward the future’ and promote our culture of continued learning here at Arbury. Just as the industry is evolving, Team Arbury are committed to supporting lifelong learning to ensure we always deliver the highest quality service to our customers. The Reward the Future Scheme has been introduced in an effort to increase the number of EV-accredited technicians available for your servicing needs, while also allowing us to further support our #TeamArbury technicians throughout their evolving careers.

With Arbury’s brand-new online service-booking system, you can book the service that best suits your motoring needs, and rest assured that your electric vehicle will be taken care of throughout its service or MOT test. With qualified, highly capable technicians on hand, the maintenance of your electric vehicle is handled with utter care and consideration at every stage. Our EV-accredited technicians will treat your car like it’s their own, and keep you updated every step of the way. Here at Arbury, we understand that the world is continually taking steps to help support our planet and move towards a more sustainable future – and it’s important that we move with it! We want to work as effectively as possible, and #rewardthefuture by supporting our people’s ambitions internally to match the service that our customers will need from us going forwards.

Due to a nationwide shift towards adopting an interest in more sustainable ways to travel and the increased focus on owning an electric vehicle, having the services you need for the successful maintenance of your EV is more important than ever. Our goal is to support electric driving – and drivers of electric vehicles – wherever and however we can, and the increase of EV-accredited technicians at Arbury will take us that one step closer.

We’re excited to take this opportunity to invest in our people, and reward #TeamArbury EV-accredited technicians – and any members of our team who choose to work towards and achieve their accreditation in the future – for their hard work, with a £1,000 pay rise.

We hope you can join us in our excitement about this new initiative,
