Meet the CUPRA Formentor VZ5 – a rare breed of performance SUV that takes everything drivers love about the Formentor and turns it up a notch.
Impact before the engine is fired up
The VZ5’s redesigned exterior takes an already distinctive silhouette and gives it a more aggressive, performance-focused edge.
Wider wheel arches create a muscular stance, emphasising the VZ5’s athletic proportions, while the 20-inch VZ5-specific alloy wheels with copper detailing add an unmistakable touch of CUPRA individuality. At the rear, the signature diagonally positioned exhaust outlets with copper accents provide a bold finishing touch, making this limited-edition model stand out from the crowd.
Performance to thrill
Under the bonnet lies a potent 2.5-litre turbocharged five-cylinder petrol engine, delivering an impressive 390PS and 480Nm of torque, leaving you with a breathtaking 0 to 62mph sprint in just 4.2 seconds. Paired with a seven-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission and CUPRA’s 4DRIVE all-wheel-drive system featuring torque-splitter technology, the VZ5 is engineered to deliver exhilarating acceleration and precision on every journey.
Confidence and connectivity on every drive
Step inside, and the VZ5 continues to impress. Sabelt CUP Bucket seats, carbon-fibre trim elements and a crisp 12.9-inch infotainment touchscreen create a cabin that feels every bit as special as the performance beneath your right foot. And when it’s time to hit the open road, the Sennheiser AMBEO sound system delivers an immersive soundtrack to match every mile.
