What’s involved?

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll learn every aspect of the vehicle sales process, working alongside experienced colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience from the first enquiry through to handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers into the dealership and understanding their individual needs.

• Learning about our range of vehicles, features and finance options.

• Supporting customers with vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Responding to enquiries, following up with prospective customers and building relationships.

• Learning how to manage sales opportunities and work towards individual and team targets.

• Ensuring customer records and sales information are kept accurate and up to date.

• Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team to deliver an outstanding customer journey.

What we’re looking for:

You don't necessarily need previous motor industry experience. We're interested in your attitude, potential and willingness to learn.

You'll ideally have:

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• A confident, friendly and professional approach.

• A genuine desire to learn and develop a career in sales.

• Drive, enthusiasm and a willingness to work towards targets.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.

• A full UK driving licence.
