Following the latest announcement by the UK government, we want to ensure that all of our customers are kept up to date with how Arbury Motor Group will continue to operate during the national lockdown.
We are very pleased to advise that it will be business as usual for all our Service departments. This means that all pre-existing appointments will be honoured, and our teams will also be on hand to make a booking for your repair, service or MOT test throughout.
Our Service departments continue to be COVID-19-safe, with protective screens, social distancing measures, mandatory face masks and personal protection equipment all in place, giving you the utmost confidence and security during your visit. We will continue to offer our Collection and Delivery Service for those who require it (subject to availability), and if you need to stay mobile you can even book one of our courtesy vehicles.
We completely understand that you may wish to amend your appointment or indeed ask questions relating to a booking or vehicle. If this is the case, then please contact 01543 414404 and a member of our team will assist.
Our Sales departments are now solely online until we’re able to re-open our doors. Our phone lines, email enquiries, live chat and all social media channels will remain open as usual, with our Sales teams on hand to answer any new or used car queries you may have. So, the great news is that we can still help you find your dream car for when you need to make any essential journeys!
We have nearly 600 used cars in stock, each with detailed descriptions, high-quality imagery and comprehensive video presentations, and I’m pleased to announce we will also be using the latest live video technology to ensure you still feel like you’re with us in person!

If you have a vehicle on order with us, a member of our Sales team will be in contact with you shortly. But don’t worry, because we will continue to facilitate COVID-19-safe ‘click & collect’ handovers from any of our dealerships, and we will even be offering a nationwide contactless home delivery service.
