Here at #TeamArbury, we wanted to let you know about all the measures we’re taking to support you, now that we’re able to fully open again.
Now our showroom doors are safe to reopen, our Sales teams are on hand both physically and virtually to support you with any new or used car queries you may have. Visits to our showrooms will be by appointment only, and of course you can still get in touch via our phone lines, email enquiries, live chat and all social media channels.
We’re happy to say it’s still business as usual for all our Service departments too, and our teams remain on hand to take a booking for your repair, service or MOT test.
Our dealerships are COVID-19-safe, with protective screens, social distancing measures, mandatory face masks and personal protection equipment all in place, giving you the utmost confidence and security during your visit.
All vehicles entering the Service department will be taken through a strict sanitisation process upon arrival using Supagard Sanitisation equipment, which kills more than 99% of germs, viruses and bacteria. Vehicles will then be sanitised a second time before being returned.
We also have a Collection and Delivery Service for those who require it (subject to availability) and, if you need to stay mobile, you can even book one of our courtesy vehicles.

Although we’d be delighted to see you browsing our forecourts again, we appreciate you may still feel more comfortable doing so from the comfort of your home, and so we’ve made it safe and easy to search for and reserve a used car on our website for just £99. And with nearly 600 quality used cars in stock, you’ll have plenty to choose from!
Our new car search facility, where you’ll find all the brand-new unregistered vehicles we have in stock, is now up and running – there’s also an option to reserve your dream car for just £99!
What’s more, we’re offering a COVID-19-safe ‘click & collect’ service for when you’ve found the car for you, or, if you’d prefer to stay at home, we’re also happy to provide nationwide home delivery, both with the following safety measures in place:

As well as the above measures, we’re also showing our appreciation to key workers. To save you the additional stress of car service or repair work, and to keep you moving during this difficult time, it’s our pleasure to be offering all those who hold an NHS or emergency services ID card 25% off all service and repair work, and half-price MOT tests.
